“Great leaders don’t tell you what to do, they show you how it’s done”
As a leadership coach I have based my training system on transformation of work teams, with the belief that through collaboration we can transform the world and based on the importance of positive relationships for business success.
I faithfully believe that to achieve successful organizations we must rethink transaction-controlled economic models and focus on buying results, such as availability, reliability, income generation, employee and customer satisfaction, among others.
Focused on the enhancement of human talent, the interests of an organization must be aligned around the main objectives and not simply around performing tasks.
My goal is the development of human capabilities, in order to win hearts and minds.
